How to place a wholesale order
To place a wholesale order, or for information on your current business account with Folkmanis Puppets or for general wholesale customer service questions, please contact Folkmanis Puppets Customer Service. This is for existing customers only. Our customer service department can be reached at (800) 654-8922 or (510) 658-7677. Our office is open Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Time. Please have your Folkmanis Puppets account number ready when calling. To place a wholesale order after our regular business hours, please fax it in to us at (510) 654-7756, or email your order to .
If you are not yet a customer and are interested in reselling Folkmanis Puppets please fill out the New Customer form on our website. We do offer bulk purchase wholesale sales to schools and libraries as well. We do not yet offer online wholesale ordering.

Puppet suggestions
For new puppet suggestions please fill out this form if you would like to suggest new puppets for future designs. We will add your puppet suggestion to the inspiration list for our designers. Please note that while we love to hear customer requests, but are not set up to manufacture custom puppet designs. New Folkmanis puppet designs are based on popularity of request, regional considerations, fabric availability, and the designer's own imagination!

Folkmanis comes out with a group of new puppets in January and July of each year. You're welcome to add your email address to our mailing list below if you would like to be notified of our new arrivals.
